This intensive
workshop is designed to inform the law enforcement officer of
recent federal and state court decisions covering the issue of
vehicle searches. Topics include under what circumstances a vehicle
can and cannot be searched. Other areas of concern addressed are
what portion (s) of the vehicle and what type of containers may
not be searched without securing a search warrant.
